If your shirt has not gone into the production we can make changes to your order. Please contact [email protected] or call +971 4 2216707 in order to make changes. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.
If any of our materials or shirts are sold out, we will notify you as soon as we can. We will make sure to re-stock our inventory on time, as we your personal style is important to us.

We use 100% cotton and linen materials for all our shirts. We also have fabrics that consist of 65% cotton and 25% linen.
We've learned that not every shirt fits the same and not every store sells the same fit shirt even though they are the same size. When you customize your shirt to your exact measurements, you get a shirt that is guaranteed to fit comfortably. Now all your shirts will fit the same and look exactly how you want them to.

We leave a little room for any small amount of shrinking but rest assured, they will still be a perfect fit every time.
We offer different style ranges where you can pick all the parts you want to customize. No matter what type of changes you are looking to make, we will make only the ones you want.
Even though most orders are made online, we do have events where we have personal tailors show up to what we call “measurement stands” - These are on-location events where you can have a tailor take your measurements and help you place an order.

Yes we do, we call our pre-made shirts our “Original” range. You can view from our online catalog of pre-designed shirts and place an order with the size that you feel will fit best.
We all make mistakes, maybe there were wrong measurements or a small error during production but in the case of a shirt not fitting you, simply contact customer service about your return and we will provide you a return label. We offer free alterations of your shirt to make sure it guarantees to fit. Delivery of your altered shirt will take about 10-15 days upon the day we receive it.

We are currently only shipping our custom shirts to residents of UAE. We are planning on expanding to different East Asian and European countries in the near future.
Of course! Once you place your order we send a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can see exactly when it will get delivered.
